I honestly do not believe it is many different accredited investors who bought the 180M shares...I tried to get in on it myself and could not? I have never in my life seen an announcement of a closing of private placement without first an announcement of opening the offering? In my experience, there is always an opening announcement and a closing announcement...I only saw the multiple S-1/A amending, amending, and amending some more...then it was closed! So either Roth bought the shares themselves, or it was one or two companies...no way in my opinion it was hundreds of individual buyers.
I asked IR that question as well, and have yet to receive a response. Only response this week was where I asked about Europe reimbursements and future guidance for operations, and one that I recommended an independent valuation of the company be made to instill confidence in the investors that the company was way undervalued. The response I got...

Regarding your second request regarding outlook, etc., the Company will continue to communicate those details publicly. SEC Regulations require the Company to report its fiscal year 2017 results within 75 days of our fiscal year end, and we intend to release those results within that window.
