I also have thought Meggitt jumping into the 300 degree market was a good sign.

I think it opens the door for a potential buyout by one w/ deep pockets and contacts. Remember the "big boys" club is close knit and they like to swoop up newbies trying to make a name for themselves but are slightly under financed.
