Exactly right czmkid. My eight years developing the entire Vektor product line at Greenheck was eye opening to me with respect to the power and motivation of a good sales guy and what it took to sell orders of $100k to $2million.

It took being physically with the customer.
It took hand holding.
It took relentless pursuit.
It took knowing competitors products better than your own.
It took personal relationships with the customer.
It took being willing to accept the sales guy was going to make 10% on a job.
Mostly though it simply required a motivated sales guy.

And for those that think a commission would cost VirTra on the bottom line then you don't understand how this works. A good sales guy will load up these orders with options and so much additional stuff and service that his little 10 or 15% commissh is more than offset by the higher dollars.

Everyone wins.
