Many and I mean many here are tapped out and would need the funds in hand before they'd dare buy shares.
That was and is my only point,I'll wait to see IF IF IF we get a distribution of HARD cash in hand, then yes imho I would expect a rise in teh PPS, but BOBVIOUSLY not before anyone got anything in their hands.
