Here it is in a nutshell>> We can buy this shell and shift its focus to curing cancer with cannabis. The patents may prove useful for something other than their initial intended use. TD Ameritrade lists TCEL's current market cap as $174,000, low for a shell. Also could be an excellent short squeeze on the way up as this has been cellar-boxed for quite some time.
