and Servicing Agreements, Trust Agreements or Indentures (collectively, the “Governing
Documents”) for the residential mortgage backed securities trusts (collectively, the “WaMu

28, 2017, and July 5, 2017 (the “Trust Instructional Proceeding Notices”), and the Informational
Notice Regarding Procedures for Distributions of Settlement Proceeds, dated December 11, 2017
(the “Distribution Notice”). Except as otherwise expressly provided, all terms used in this
Notice that are defined in the Governing Documents shall have the meanings assigned to them in

In the Distribution Notice, the Trustee advised of its receipt of the Received Funds from
the FDIC, as receiver of Washington Mutual Bank. As contemplated by the Allocation Order
Granting Verified Petition, dated June 30, 2017 (the “Allocation Order”, available at
www.globic.com/wamurmbssettlement/filings.html) the Trustee retained the financial advisor
Duff & Phelps to determine the allocation of the Received Funds among each of the Trusts in
accordance with the Allocation Order. Duff & Phelps issued a letter (the “Expert Allocation
Report”), dated January 26, 2018, setting forth the amounts to be allocated to each Trust or, for
Trusts containing multiple loan groups, each loan group in accordance with the Allocation Order
(the share allocated to each Trust or, loan group, as applicable, its “Allocable Share”). A copy of
the Expert Allocation Report is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
For those Trusts in which distributions are administered by the Trustee, the Trustee
currently anticipates that distributions of the Allocable Shares will be made in the February 2018
distribution period. With respect to certain of the Trusts for which the Servicer or Master
Servicer calculates monthly distributions to Certificateholders, the Trustee has been informed by
the Servicer or Master Servicer, as applicable, that such calculations are anticipated to be
completed in time to enable distributions of the Allocable Shares for such trusts to be made in
the February 2018 distribution period. Certificateholders are advised that distributions of the
Allocable Shares as to any particular Trust may not occur in the February 2018 distribution
period where the Trustee, the Servicer or the Master Servicer, as applicable, encounter issues in
implementation such distributions under the relevant Governing Documents, or otherwise
determine that they are unable to determine the appropriate treatment of the Allocable Shares in
that period. Distributions of the Received Funds will be included with the monthly distributions
on the WAMU Securities; accordingly, distributions to holders of particular WAMU Securities
will be made to holders as of the record dates for such WAMU Securities for the month or
months in which such distributions are made.
The Trustee intends to post copies of this Notice and copies of future Trustee notices
and other information concerning implementation of the Settlement Documents on a
website maintained by its Notice Agent: www.globic.com/wamurmbssettlement.
If you have any questions with respect to this notice, please contact the Trustee at
wamu.trustee@db.com. The Trustee may conclude that a specific response to particular
inquiries from an individual Holder is not consistent with equal and full dissemination of
information to all Securities holders.
The Trustee makes no recommendation and gives no investment, legal or tax advice to
holders of Securities. EACH HOLDER IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT
WITH ITS OWN FINANCIAL, TAX AND/OR LEGAL ADVISORS REGARDING
THESE MATTERS.
