Sell the news is only half the picture. the whole statement is "buy the rumor, sell the news". But we hvae not had a rise in price coming in to this. If we went from 15 to 19 over the last two weeks, yes I'd say we sell the news and go back down to 17. But since we didn't have the buying on rumor part, the people who would sell the news aren't here. Not as much anyways.
