I think the Judge will eventually rule in favor of medical MJ., but, the Government will no doubt appeal the decision all the way to the supreme court.

Jeff. will either make a compromise for the sake of those suffering from medical conditions, before this is over, because the heat is on. He's probably loosing a lot of sleep, just thinking about the decisions he's made against MJ.
But, the process has begun. And, we have some smart lawyers working on this situation day and night. "I LOVE IT." Lol

UAMM is not counted out yet!!
