I will admit that, based on his track record of filing Qs early, I was biting the nails a bit when the date was looming with no news yet.
Silly me.
To those disappointed with the numbers, try to remember that the team has been responsibly reinvesting profits into continued expansion of the company. This bodes well for longer term growth as opposed to short term gain that would eventually fizzle out. It speaks volumes to his commitment of creating shareholder value for the long term.

Now... we have the A/U on the horizon. We are profitable. We are expanding. We are making a name for ourselves. We are welcoming the competition to observe and even emulate. Not sure how many of us here realize how brilliant a strategy this is but trust me, it is.

There is, no doubt, going to be fierce competition for the top spot in the board game cafe space. Since we already own the high ground with our unparalleled vertical integration, publishing and exclusivity (not to mention a host of other features), those who would seek to topple us will have a very high bar over which to jump. The groundwork required to achieve what Roger has done is no small outlay of capital, time, effort, research, etc...
...and there are those who believe he's been asleep at the wheel.
