How do you get a Zero cost basic, unless the family had a former or current officer or board member of PEP?

The stock is doing quite well the last 5 years. Is that overseas pop and US water and vitamin water and snacks? I know they are in India, a great place for PEP or Coke as that country grows economically? Why sell?
