Thoughts on the report.

First off, we were told Roger is diluting us terribly. Nope.
Outstanding as of September 30th 488 million. As of January 19th? 479 million. That was nice.

Revenues? $3.3 million. Versus $1.5MM last year. Up over 100%. Nice. But I was guessing more like $5.3MM, so somewhat disappointed there. But still, we are seeing GROWTH. NICE growth. Last year Q2 had both cafes. Same as this year. And yet we more than DOUBLED our revenues. That tells me some other areas are moving up. Distribution. Sales. SO we are growing.

I put this as a middle of the road report. I wish it were better in revenues, but still happy with the over 100% growth from last year. So to me, these are still a BIG increase! I've been accused of being a cheerleader, but just because I like the company doesn't mean I am not objective. I see this as middle of the road. On a road that is heading in the right direction. So overall, it is good, but not a great one like last quarter. That's an HONEST opinion.

Looking at it over a wider scale - We did $1.5 million last year 2nd quarter. Then over $2 million third quarter. Then $3 million fourth quarter. Then the BIG $6 million for 1st quarter this year. Now we have AGAIN done a BIG number. Not the $6 million AGAIN, but BIG compared to last year at $1.5 million. SO yes, that is BIG. AGAIN.

We are STILL jumping up this quarter over same quarter last year by a LOT. And with MidTown open for ALL of third quarter, and Gro3 expecting revenue in Q3, plus maybe some franchise revenue (unknown at this time) and with Saavy Naturals picking up, I think Q3 will be BIGGER then either of the first two so far this year. But that is NOT to say this was not BIG. Just not as big as some of US said it might be.

And no audit. As predicted. "soon", whatever that means. I am holding firm with my guess of next week. After this report.

I'm good with this number! HUGE growth. Low net, due to MidTown sucking up money for employees that were paid while we double staffed College because Midtown was not open. That has ended now, fortunately.
