WaffelzSr, I too agree that it is odd that a stranger can call up a trustee and then he details to a him on the phone or email about a company's money and its creditors or debtors. If that is the case, I most definitely wouldn't want that trustee representing my company. I think that trustee would have enough work set-out for him for the folks who are making legit claims and trying to get that work in order. But for a stranger who can just get on the phone or email just seems so odd and out-of-order for a trustee to be communicating with.
