Yeah that particular agreement and the terms of the deal ended in August 2016 as part of the $1.5 million investment by BioVectra into Oncolix. Oncolix still maintains BioVectra as a manufacturer of Prolanta. And there is no need for a filing as a manufacturer of a drug is not something that requires an 8k. Sorry.
