Gantor, ultimately I agree with you and just went in and voted against all Board members but voted for the increase in authorized shares. I think it comes down to we shouln't, what's the expression, act to cut off our nose to spite our face. While it's unfortunate how long O'Connor was allowed to stay at the company with a misguided self-serving strategy that destroyed a great amount of shareholder value for which the Board is just as accountable, at this point we need to give Lombardo a chance to turn around the company. There's no quick fix for the damage O'Connor did. Just reading the PR yesterday, it's clear that the confusion and mis-guided decision to start a whole other next generation DUAL program made AXAL less attractive and harder to license so Lombardo righted the ship as no one's wanted to license AXAL when it would soon be outdated by DUAL (what the f was O'Connor thinking other than himself). Really the worst thing though that could happen to the company now is to run out of money, and giving them more authorized shares gives them greater flexibility and potential leverage in striking a deal. We're all mad about past mistakes management has made, but I think we should separate that from our current needs and Lombardo's turning around the ship, which so far is on the right path. I don't think we should penalize Lombardo for past mistakes he was not responsible for.
