From a way-way outsiders point of view, it sure would be disrespectful to a current shareholder if they sold their shares prior to something (anything) related to progress currently going on and not communicated - that is later revealed, which may have a positive effect on the share price.

Imagine selling the day (or minutes) before a news announcement that was the result of months of negotiations, prior to the release.

Just saying.
