Take a look at http://www.sec.gov/ - you will see hundreds of companies which have had/or are going thru SEC Investigations.

it has happened to the biggest corporations - e.g McAfee, Apple and Dell (which makes me feel a bit better in a strange sort of way). I welcome the investigation by the SEC. If it doesn't turn up any dirty dealings then the company will be 100% vindicated and no fines to pay. Of course if there is anything majorly fishy then the company is history.

Meantime, with this hanging over our heads, my main concern at this time is whether the company can execute on it's business plan before the ca$h runs out - I fear only 'vulture venture capitalists' will be around to 'lend' cash with ridiculous terms which will significantly dilute common shareholders (my) stakeholding.

GTE has got to prove Sans2 'Pretty Damn Quick' to survive this latest attempt by the 'corrupt' powers that be at the 'AMEX Gentleman's Club', Motley Stool, NYP et al who want to bury this fledgling company. Lockheed must be grinning with delight right now with all this distraction
