Science is one of ghe top tier journals with impact factor ~30. It took me less than 2 months after I submit manuscript. Most of other journals I published are around the same timeline. I guess if you dont (haven’t) submitted manuscript then it will take infinite time....that exactly the case for NWBO. Go and take a look at some of P3 trial publications they have time line on when they submit and accepted for publication.
