Welp, Tiny Richard is in very, very, extremely low Earth orbit - like 4'2" with lifts in his shoes - the micro-nano-pico-femto self-annointed "CEO" of this pennyscam.

He's in the age range where spinal disc compression results in shrinkage, so maybe that pen and paper are just too high now for him to reach in his late middle-age further shortening.
