- Receive manufacturing license - complete
- Receive cultivation license - complete
- Receive distribution license - complete

- Phase 1, Retro fit current green house to 22k sq ft growable space - in the process, need more funds
- Phase 2, Build new green house, add another 50k sq ft growable space - need funds

As of right now, SIGO has all 3 licenses, and 12k sqft of canopy space. SIGO needs more funds to complete phase 1, 2, and 3.

But now, the recent 8k shows financing of $4.23 million!

That leaves SIGO with $3,385,000 to complete phase 2 and 3.
