It will be the DEDICATED LONGS who have performed their due diligence and know what the company's business plan is and are thus committed to the company who will make the stock price attain its objective. No worries here as I have done my research and I am CONFIDENT in the ultimate outcome.

Yes that bodes well for the stock. Getting the shares into stronger hands is what makes the accumulation and the price ultimately go higher.
