I have no idea whether I’m right or wrong. Honestly I’m of the opinion there’s not a single person here that actually really knows either...the reason being is because everything that’s been said publicly on the record is subjective to multiple interpretations. As far as the legal interpretations go anyone with any common sense understands the trickery is in the fine print. Car commercial on TV says lease a Mercedes Benz for $499 a month with scenes of luxury and if your quick enough to jump up and grab a magnifying glass and throw yourself on the right hand side of your floor nd get 6 inches away it says must put down $8500 in cash and tax/title/license and sign on 10k a year with A+++ credit! Same thing here except no one can see the fine print here...I can’t remember who it was but a couple months ago someone said I think we are golden here because soup chef sent a reply email about shareholders having an opportunity to be a part of the future of Soupman and they CC’d Joseph Hagan? Then the following day they apologized because a New UNSOLICITED email appeared saying the new Soupman was private and in no way affiliated with the old Soupman and they wanted to make sure the email recipient was clear about that? WELLLLLLL my first thought was this....new company with big bad boss Hagan at the helm and new guy wants to show boss how good of a choice he was so he cc’s him thinking JH is gonna be impressed! LOL he’s not? He says you get on there right now and double damm sure you make that person understand we are private PERIOD!!! Because it has to be that way till the BK is done... I have no idea whether that’s correct analogy or not but it makes a whole hell of a lot of sense to me because that’s exactly how I would handle it if I was in that position. I absolutely don’t believe one single person‘s emails that are posted on this iHub website but I’m sure that from time to time there are some that are true it’s just impossible to figure out which ones are and which ones aren’t. I don’t know who posted that and I can’t remember who they were but that one seems like a very honest hey guys this is what happened and the next day hey guys this is my new assessment? It wasn’t one person present an email and then harping on it trying to pound it into everybody that a listen how this email is the real deal. The honesty that I felt from that was they really thought they had something to go on and the next day they really thought they didn’t and they told us about it which is in my opinion a person trying to relay something honest! Which brings me back to the I don’t think that the people on the inside of Soupman due to the NDA disclosure agreements are allowed to and cannot tell anybody what the plans are but I believe they halfway unintentionally leaked out a clue right there and Hagan tried quickly to put the cork on the bottle but in my opinion that was a clue That accidentally got leaked. Once again all of these opinions are things I have come up with on my own and I’m not an expert at all... it makes no sense to me like why they would want to throw away their 160 million shares or whatever it is they own and cancel them when if they took it public and their 160 million shares turned into a per share a dollar or two or three or four is a tremendous amount of money that I can’t imagine anyone throwing away. You buy a bunch of shares of something you want to make a profit on it no matter what. End of story!!! Why cancel your own shares If you don’t have to.As far as I understand it they can’t cancel our shares without canceling their own! They would be the heroes that saved soupman and the shareholders and thus increase their brand even further!!! I’m not a pumper and I have no idea whether I’m right or wrong I’m just telling you what I’ve believe in my gut to be true but I’ve never been invested in a Q stock before And I’m willing to admit that I might be dead wrong but I’m staying in till the end...GO SOUPQ
