First off, Midtown was only open two weeks during the quarter. So not a lot added there. Secondly, the 1st quarter had a lot of distribution income on it. NOt just S&L income. That was gearing up for Christmas. I think most of those shipped (my thoughts) in August or so, as the stores got ready for the season. yes the retail sales of games should be up, but the wholesale should do better in 1st quarter than 2nd quarter.
So I'm thinking about the same as last quarter. Maybe 5.5 million on the low side, and 7.5 million on the upper side. I don't see $9 million though yet. Third quarter?? Should be MUCH higher, as Midtown it open the whole 13 weeks! Plus maybe some franchise fee income, one never knows (Cough).
My guess. But I admit that is just a guess knowing a little about how they work, and not a real thought out endeavor. Still, I'd be pleasantly SURPRISED to see over $7.5 million. My guess $6.1 million.
