some plays run quickly others longer with pinks success and patience go hand in hand. company is very quite showing that they're not inclined to help whoever sell these shares. imo it's the settlement shares from the lawsuit we are seeing these last few weeks.

the company has settled a lawsuit a note holder brought to court in 2014. The settlement is for an amount that is inferior to the amount demanded.
