for those doubting the potential of the UOA that NN spotted,
do some googling of UOA tracking in general.
the Najarian bros have a special focus on this and a regular feature on CNBC for it:

and the UOA action they have spotted has been correct far more often than not.
ie: sure these calls could just be a hedge on a massive short position.
that's always possible.

but nearly every time there is a massive UOA like this,
the underlying ticker finds its way to ITM land for the UOA.
even when it seems very unlikely.

eg: Najarians alerted on large UOA for WYNN last fall at much higher strike than current with 2 months til exp.
seemed unlikely at the time,
and in the final exp week, WYNN was still down below the strike.
then, overnight, news broke and WYNN popped steeply over 2 days
and those UOA snapped very profitable.

as above, doesn't always work out.
but, imo, this is worth betting a few on this morning,
esp if SPY does gap down and drop,
making feb14 270c cheap in the first hour.
