DOW surged back today and this ticker is at a volume of 24 million and up over 20%. Yeah, I'd say some of you don't realize this is one of the strongest penny stocks. Backed by Government sectors such as the military and NASA. Reverse split complainers of years past are too sorrowful to realize what is in front of them! My 2 cents.
