I think from speaking with them that they have determined in their business plan to not issue shares and to not take on debt as their foremost priority relative to rolling out the websites and marketing them in order to protect their investment in their own company and the shareholders who don't want to be laden with debt or the prospect of dilution in order to grow. As a shareholder I appreciate that.
I believe they DO want beneficial short and long term moves, but also want to be serious in revenue press releases and have gained significant revenue momentum before trumpeting their horn with a PR. This week is Q4 financials from 2017 and probably they will let that speak for itself I would think. The nice thing as you bring out is their is evident demonstration that revenue is on the uptick as well as activity based on the site updates and premium sponsors which any shareholder can view.
