Can of worms, 20 questions with sharks, agreed, bears are very adept at turning potential positives into negatives. I’d say the more the company would have engaged back then at publicly releasing (through 20 questions with sharks) something they were in private dialogue with the FDA about, the more they might have placed the trial itself in harms way. Silence was the alternative.
