This offering is a travesty. The stock is going to dry up shortly and the board will become tumbleweeds. She basically gave the company away if Athenex is the buyer and if it is another scummy fund, then this will be worse. I admit I am dead wrong now on PPS going higher and took my small lumps. That whole management team should be fired ASAP.
