Many here over the years have alluded to THJMW as being in bed with DA BOYZ involved here and workin with or for HOSEN, letting him have what ever he wanted right! She's been bad in the eyes of many here.

So IF IF IF a vote of COMMON ONLY shareholders vote for AND approved a T/O at whatever price, why then would anyone here think she WOULD NOT APPROVE IT????????????????????

So which is it, is she part of the problem or part of the solution, she can't be bad all this time and then have her expected to be good.

I am by no means a lawyer BOBVIOUSLY, but I see major ramifications for DELAWARE and every future merger in history if she were to go against a COMMON ONLY shareholder approval of a buy out offer and honestly unless she saw something illegal involved with it, I am not even sure that she could do anything but to approve.........

Again I truly hope this scenario doesn't happen.
After all this time it would not be a fair way or the right way for it to turn out.
