Yazbeck is not worried about the discovery stage. That sounds so dumb if you really think about it. The company wouldn’t risk going to trial if there was something that could be detrimental. Especially in a case for $29m. Be for sure that whatever some fool comes up with about MYDX being in danger from a China deal that they most likely are making assumptions about. Sad.
