CWIR: I am very impressed with several key concepts presented in CEO Orfanos' Letter to Shareholders, dated September 19, 2017 (Pictured below). In that letter, he unambiguously indicated his company's interest in the following:

1. DIVERSITY: His company is focused on building a diverse portfolio of companies from a wide array of industries that are INDEPENDENT from one another(transportation and logistics companies, lending institutions, pharmaceuticals), ALL of which will be GROWING sectors in this robustly expanding economy. Such diversity will be recession-resistant in slower economic times since these industries are not inter-dependent on one another or share a common business sector and, as such, allowing his company to be more resilient when/if one sector encounters and economic challenge, the other operations will be minimally affected or not at all affected. This gives shareholders CONFIDENCE in the viability of what the CEO is endeavoring to structure here with CWIR.

2. MOTIVE: His main motive is building WEALTH; he does not like to take risks and seeks to invest in companies that are ALREADY KNOWN to be PROFITABLE. His stated operating guidelines are quite simple and ALIGN with us as investors: INCREASING SHARE PRICE.

3. OPERATING PRINCIPLE: He is not the typical "pump and dump" OTC CEO who publishes press releases about "fluff" news in the hopes of generating interest/investor excitement about his company all the while selling dilutive shares into a market run of his own creation. NO, this CEO is refreshingly DIFFERENT. He indicates press releases will be issued ONLY WHEN THERE IS SUBSTANTIVE CORPORATE NEWS to release to inform the investment community. Very refreshing. News releases will once again be utilized to convey information, not be an advertisement for the company.

My thoughts are since the last run was somewhat premature the next run will be even more bigger and better. MULTIPLE BIG ACQUISITIONS to come and weekly or bi weekly news along with the fact they hired a top notch PR company for IR says it all! MULTIPLE PENNIES here we come!
