Please look at historical data of RS in penny stocks and see for yourself.

I cannot read Kidrin's mind, but considering the current RS mess Worlds in is now, I wonder if Kidrin had considered of calling a special board meeting to issue new shares just sufficient to cover shares from the recently exercised options. Could this be a better alternative than the 5:1 RS?
