When was this ever not the case?

It seems to me that Worlds does not want to do RS now is because RS is not in its best interest at this time, and the fact that Worlds was FORCED to do the RS in itself is a VERY BAD thing.

I personally don't agree with this - WDDD set up the warrants with the full knowledge that a runup would trigger the exercise of the warrants and a RS would be necessary. They knew it would be coming, and were prepared for it. They just didn't know exactly when. But many around here accurately predicted a runup with WiFi and the court decision, so my guess is that they figured it would be sometime around now.
