BTW the rs has the effect of blowing out the worthless flippers and penny traders who now have to wear big boy pants if they want to manipulate the sp with some serious skin in the game.

Say whatever you want. RS is considered very very bad for any institutions with unstable financial condition and with very risky outlook.

For financially stable and revenue producing entities, RS is neutral and can be considered a good thing. But in the case of Worlds, RS is a very bad thing because its financial condition is unstable, and its outlook is very risky in the sense that its survival is 100% dependent on judges and juries. Worlds' forced RS "was required to implement a reverse stock split of our common shares to facilitate the issuance of the warrant conversion shares to our warrant holders" is a VERY BAD thing.

It seems to me that Worlds does not want to do RS now is because RS is not in its best interest at this time, and the fact that Worlds was FORCED to do the RS in itself is a VERY BAD thing.
