bingo!!! I can not still believe, even after the last conference call addressing the extension of the preferreds that WMIH , the one that trades at .74 is not affected by escrows, piers they went on to explain the most valuable asset is the NOLs and they are actively looking into a merger.. thats it, but many on this board just keep going on with all the confusing stuff that does not relate to wmih, if you hold piers or escrows or whatever you are on the wrong board.. I cant tell you what those are but I can tell you what wmih is because the management team told us... than most are saying but why is the price at .74 if these NOLS are this valuable and a deal will get done.. well a few yrs ago wall st figured it out and jumped in but management dropped the ball and never got a deal done... so what about the smart funds... first, how many smart funds rode enron to zero... second many are down 60 70 80 percent so now there stuck, there like all of us, hoping a deal gets done to get back to par. but keep the theories going, lol
