Every SRSR shareholder got a proxy by mail. If they wanted to vote all they had to do is mail in their proxy.

I'm sure many, many did not bother to send in their proxies that happens all the time. But of those proxies sent in and the people who attended the meeting voted 99.5 % voted in favour of the books and Scott's compensation.

In my opinion.
