So 99.5% voted in favor?
That means 99.5% of the shares were present at the meeting since no voting material was mailed.
That leaves less than 5m share unrepresented at the meeting. But I can guarantee that more than 5m shares were not at the meeting.
So how do to account for that if the books were not cooked?
