Important about ANDI's name, ticker, & CUSIP# changes...

There are some important factors to consider that justifies why ANDI is changing their name, ticker, and CUSIP number. One reason is because it will force a covering in any short (or naked short) positions out there, but that's not the main reason as I'm not sure how much or even if ANDI has been shorted. Besides, I don't want to have people thinking that ANDI is a "shorts must cover" play when it is not so I won't bore everyone with those details. They are very real and are doing some very real things.

The #1 Reason of Importance for changing their name, ticker, and CUSIP number is because I believe major contracts with major companies have been signed or prepared to a level to be signed under their new name and ticker. A major company is not going to sign a contract with them under their old name and ticker knowing that they will soon be going away.

As they say in the night club the... last call for alcohol... for those who have not chosen to take the risk as a shareholder at or near these levels will be when we see the announcement of the new name, ticker, and CUSIP # officially take place. I think we could be seeing these things soon.
