Expect OS to double every 40-45 trading days

Based on the recent trend and the fact that convertible note holders can convert up to 4.9% of LIBE's OS per day (in order to avoid 5% ownership filings,) without any significant refinancing, we can expect to see LIBE's OS double every 40 - 45 trading days.

So with 33M on Feb 1, we'll likely see 65M-70M by April 1, 140M by June 1, 280M by Aug 1, etc.
