We all are so desperately trying to figure out what ADXS's management is seriously trying to do it's pathetic! Does anyone really have faith in our current management or BOD's? Sure seems they just want to milk the cow and the cow is starting to dry up... Speculation is running amock and shorts are taking full advantage of ADXS's missteps at every turn. Positive results and start of NEO trial would most certainly help the moral and the share price. EMA submission seems to be in the stall mode like they don't have a care in the world? Yes they want to increase the share authorization because at these low share prices they will need to use every last one to continue operations with this management team. There not worried about a hostile takeover there worried they won't have enough cash to keep this cash cow milking! Sorry but I'm all for selling this for $15-$20 now! Doubt we could get that much but I'm sick of ineptitude running rampant at Advaxis. I'm venting but at the same time been here done that before! No trusting these BOD's. Science is good but seems management only want to line their pockets before the run up if we even have one? Trust me there will be no run up until management gets all the shares they want! It's almost like they have a deal with a certain entity? Good Luck to all real longs but my faith in management is over! Don't trust a company that dilutes the CS and gives the management free shares the whole time. Trust me it's not about us it's all about them! They are the ones working on our vaccines why wouldn't they want the fruits of their labor, we're just the money they will grab as many shares as possible before any big news is released just watch! They want complete control so they can manipulate when and how things get done. They may already have the EMA application done just won't file until they get what they want. More shares albeit ,I'm sick and tired of the common shareholders getting the brunt end of the stick! Something definitely not adding up with all we have going? Not one offer of a buyout? With a lot of other companies getting very nice offers with only phase 1-2 ongoing? What's wrong with our picture here? Can someone paint me another picture "Why" we aren't being courted for a buyout? We are a phase 3 company with tons of opportunities to become a real player in the Immunotherapy arena. Did someone drag us this low to make a low ball offer that management has turned down? A lot of uncertainties happening all around Advaxis for the last few years? It's time for management to start adding value or sell the company!
