Jckrdu, I suppose DOC or Lombardo could have quietly sold shares with the ATM. Although if that fact leaks—which is likely—the cartel would have immediately yanked the stock as they ended up doing anyway. Also, I still believe it is quite possible that a deal was on the table at the time DOC was booted, and it is why he was forced out. Bottom line: we have incomplete information.
