Funny I don't see the words chapter 7 in that post. Although admittedly soupq is now an empty shell in chapter 7 . I was just responding to millions ludicrous comment on the sec halting a stock because the company dosent exist . The shell corporation still exits with no management or business . Now in the hands of a trustee . Who would be happy to answer any questions on the status of your stock . He will also tell you about the upcoming hearing on the D&O insurance . Which I'm sure the judge will approve of selling since it is an asset .
