Trying to figure out whether to invest here...so fine its on Amazon and has a revenue share (presumably revenue per click/view), but doesn’t the underlying content need to be good for this thing to run...? Has anyone gone onto Amazon Prime and looked at the Bad Actress movie (directed by the CEO)? Its looks totally home made, has bad reviews and I can’t imagine its going to “make a killing” on Amazon Prime...
What am I missing? If the movies suck, why is this going to be the “next big thing”...?
Honestly not trying to be negative, I just don’t get it. If Amazon Prime Video is like a version of Amazon where they’ll sell your product there, doesn’t the underlying product still need to be good? Going to the MovieStudio website and Amazon, the movies don’t look good.
