yeah I know, and all contracts have contingencies sure, so maybe they weren't signed. who knows, I'm not worried about it.

Yeah I know all about RE/Mortgage. I'm forced to wake up every morning to sign off on high end deals for the banks mortgage lending division, for at least since I graduated in 98'.

I'm tired of it by now, so I'm hoping this does what it will because the 50-60 hour weeks and an be spend more efficiently investing from south beach.
