I think no more than three posts will appear at the top of the message page. And it'll be updated once a weaker something.

As for "who cares?", my guess is that nobody really will. It's not exactly taking off right now, and this is the time it should take off, as a novelty. I suspect most IHubbers will think it's just too much trouble.
