Plus as it is my understanding, the contract is binding upon the signing of the audit engagement letter... Which was signed in August I think... I'd have double check that...
AMFE owes a small portion (I think like $10,000 or 10% or something) up front, and the rest is due by June 30th, 2018... But the audit firm hasn't breached contract, so AMFE has no leg to stand on to breach it themselves without owing the full expense agreed upon.... Which was $45,000...
