One concern I have is that the dividend which is great, overshadowed the amazing run down of all of our assets and plans. In reality it was about the most informative pr I have ever read and the assets and plans excite me much more than the much appreciated dividend. I hope everyone who hasn't really studied it will take the time to do it.
