Although there was no "deadline" as of January 31 for teh audit. That was an expected date based on what the auditors told Roger, but not a deadline.
You want a deadline. this coming week IS a deadline. For the 2nd quarter earnings. Let's see if those come out. If Roger misses that, and I see no reason why he should (He has never missed one before) THEn I'll say he missed a deadline. But for the audit, I say he missed his expected dat4e, but not a deadline.
To me there is a difference.
Oh - and either way, deadline or expectation, yes it bothers me that we missed it. not saying it doesn't. But I"m not crucifying Roger for being told to expect something and then it not happening. Not happy, but not putting the nail;s in his hands and feet at this point.
