Yes I do the point was CEO name is on it and it shows the date my point is he still CEO. One more point is a CEO can be on two or more boards. We don't have information on how much of a roll he will play yet is he going to run the other company and just be at auph board for his expertise or more.
You said he had to get fired he is as of Jan. 30 2018 still CEO. Until I see a PR or a sec filing saying he got fired or left he is still CEO
