I would vote No for under .01 Red Oak is a Hedge Fund that never used their Investment Strategy for CBAI stockholders. This 8K was old news only we still don't have a clue what the SP will be. They say Q2 for deal but we will still be in the DARK with real pretty books.

Just wondering if Sandberg & Snow will get bonus for their Hedging Techniques and Deep Value Investment Discipline for CBAI.

If this deal is dead, I still would vote no for Sandberg & Snow at Annual and hope we can get this as a Stand Alone Company with a real CEO.
